Blizzard is really not a great exampleInstead, they get harassed for *not* providing the information. Or, the opposite happens and they harass them because they think that because Yoshida appears on PLL's and does what is effectively marketing for the upcoming patch, they are best buddies and stuff.
Ever wonder how Blizzard handles people on the internet being upset? They just ignore them.
