PLD changes; thoughts?

Is it just me or does it looks like PLD is even worse for old content.
He was already useless in level 70 Ultimates but it now looks even worse.

Which is fucking insane, given that they place a huge emphasis on using Duty Finder to help ensure people can do old content reliably.

Honestly, the XIV team need new leadership or management if Yoshida isn't going to get off his ass and get some work done on this. Let him handle the QA and nitty-gritty of content production because the team clearly excels under his leadership there, but let someone else take the reins for design. Or whoever is in charge of things like class design and management - if not Yoshida, whoever that person is. Because they're doing a frankly terrible job and have been doing a terrible job for some time now.
