Content geared towards FCs

You just want there to be content that only you can do and other people can't.

What do you mean, "other people can't"? FCs are a core part of game design, just like every other piece of content in the game. There's nothing stopping you from joining an FC.

Schedule raid nights, schedule MINE runs, social events, etc.

Except many people don't want to do those. There's a reason why "the drought" has become a prevailing topic on this board and across the game. People don't want to re-run old content or make custom parties out of boredom. They'd rather play other games instead. And while it's a shame that people need a carrot on a stick in order to play FFXIV, it would greatly benefit this game's population if we had FC content. It's like how we have roulettes for leveling dungeons so that sprouts can have a chance to play them. We need something to get communities active again, and MINE runs aren't going to cut it.
