Dragoon LB vs Everybody elses

if i can literally walk away from the lb and be fine, That is a problem.. none of what you say even addresses what i originally posted and you are just stating stuff everybody who reads their tooltips already knows.

Then let me address your post directly:

Your idea is terrible because it is just homogenisation and simplification with no clear purpose. There is no necessity to this either because Sky Shatter already has good value by forcing what you already mentioned.

Some jobs have stronger LBs because their base kits aren't as loaded. Dragoon has a solid base kit for a bruiser-type DPS (good survival tools, good damage), therefore the LB is made to have some counterplay.
