Ninja LB goes through guard when you hit the execute. I've tried to guard it but still died

no, ninja goes through guard if they have low enough hp so does samurai zan if the enemy has the debuff and MCH drill.

NIN lb would like to have a word. Gets eaten by server ticks 80% of the time by guard or the enemy hp goes above the threshhold and the enemy has enough time to uninstall and reinstall the game with how long the animation takes. Guess that's the trade off for being able to snag some executes.

I mean the problem with ninja LB is mostly people being greedy or not having hp % enabled on the Hud options. Travel time can be an issue as people can heal while you are traveling and live if you are too far from them. When they adjusted death linking's duration, I think they made a mistake. Should probably have been changed to charges over just a time limit nerf. It really didn't do jack shit for the top end ninja. You still get 5-7 picks if you're paying attention and time it well/synergize with your team as enemies trickle back in.

here let me address why you are wrong.

In FL you can use your dragoon lb on a group of people and kill nobody because they all just used their guard or walked out of the way (or simply stood there because they have damage reduction) THEN they can just CC you.

...and we already found why you think the way you do. Everything I explained has zero bearing to Frontlines, a mode that the jobs are NOT balanced around and gets scraps off the table when actual issues arise, such as LB artillery fire wiping whole alliances or PLD's Onsal Hakair shenanigans.

Dragoon is a fine job in Crystalline Conflict. If it suffers in Frontline, that is of course sad for the Dragoon player in question, but you can hardly ask for a widescale change just because their job underperforms in a side mode

meanwhile a MCH and WHM can snap shot you, RPR and DNC can just remove you off a point (RPR REMOVES GUARD), Bard is a dream to play if you are wanting to simply support your team (I.e Just silence somebody who is below half health and just watch them die.) Summoner and scholar LBs literally have a massive aoe that is still VERY strong and VERY useful for pushing and NOT telegraphed. lets see..... hmm Sage just basically drops a bubble shield and makes people borderline Unkillable (so screw you if you are a dragoon using your lb) warrior is just 'Screw your guard' DRK you just pull people to you and become immortal for 6 seconds, PLD becomes 100% Unkillable and can just walk away from you even if its 8 v 1, Need i go on?

No, you don't need to go on because you describe issues mostly found in largescale pvp, particularly modes that don't split their objectives well enough - in short, Frontlines. Of course other jobs will bring more value to the table in large scale fights, particularly defensive utility such as PLD + SGE Limit Break, NIN Limit Break executes or literally anything with a CC ability.

Funnily enough, in another post you play clear favourites and loved the time when Dragoon could spam Piercing Talon for maximum combo damage and build their whole burst at distance while Elusive Jump was not tied to any damage ability. In that same time period, it was Monks who struggled greatly to survive in Frontlines, let alone get value playing their job.

Not every job can be good in Frontlines without dedicating the balancing directly to Frontlines and ignoring Crystalline Conflict. The same applied to The Feast back then.

a simple change to the LB like removing the DRG aoe marker or just making it to where it just snapshots is pretty darn reasonable compared to Samurai and ninja that just instantly kill you certain circumstance's are fulfilled.

I have ignored nothing - Dragoon is a simple high damage bruiser DPS in the setting that PvP is currently balanced around. Removing the AOE marker would "maybe" benefit Frontlines, but would be a total disaster in Crystalline Conflict where the outcome of a match could turn in SECONDS, such as the three to five seconds a Dragoon may hover with their marker. If you made that invisible, the natural reaction would be for everyone to scatter, but they wouldn't know where. This is an awful change, especially since we don't have a "watch for <x> LB!" quickchat yet.

You called me "wrong" and said I'm reaching, called my reasoning "flawed and invalid". But it is you who never mentioned in their original post that your complaint is about Dragoon IN FRONTLINES. Maybe if you made your post about f-ing FRONTLINES and how DRG suffers in there in your view, people wouldn't be so inclined to disagree with your change.
