I agree that it definitely has the most counterplay as far as limit breaks go, especially amongst the DPS.

However, I do not think it should be buffed. I think the other LBs should be brought more in line with it.

I'd also put Ninja into an incinerator.

How DARE you suggest something so reasonable as to ADD gameplay >((( I don't wanna have to think how to use my LB, I wanna push button -> kill enemy!!!
