I mean, the LB is strong as hell, there needs to be some sort of counterplay to it.
If you're a dragoon and you rush into the enemy team by yourself, where they can see you coming from a mile away and you pop your LB, you've failed. You're supposed to get them by surprise or when you know their Guard is down (like after C9 tornados).
That's like a lone Samurai with LB up, popping chiten and running 1v5 into a cluster of people. Hm.... I wonder why people don't attack them at high rank.
That's why the game is getting so basic. As soon as something requires a little bit of a set-up, it becomes too hard for all of you. No wonder no one can play reaper, the LB is not just : press the LB button and watch damage.
dude, theres no counterplay for any other LB other then 'just kill them forehead lol' dragoon is the only one that can be entirely avoided/mostly ignored through guard and saying that 'you are bitching because you don't like how that there is setup for it' means that you either have people you play with in a discord call with you on FL who know what they are doing or you are literally in CC with friends in call which... well you know what that means. theres no way to communicate to your team in CC effectively and to say so otherwise is blatantly false.I mean, the LB is strong as hell, there needs to be some sort of counterplay to it.

Sure, a team that can communicate via Discord will be able to do some big brain plays and they'll probably already have picked the classes to set up said plays.
But there are a lot of things you can do to help yourself out without that. Just need to pay attention to the game. Dragoon benefits a lot from making use of your teammates LBs
You have a Warrior with LB up ? Sure, let's wait for them to use their LB before mine so I can take advantage of that no Guard window. Same with Dancer.
Can use the Astrologian buff window as well.
There are so many things you can take advantage of if you're just able to pay attention and surprise people. Which is a very big ask for most people and that's okay. Some people just can't process information in real-time fast enough.
I'd rather have different LBs requiring you to play and think differently than just the same playstyle carrying over from class to class.
The fact that you have to wait for your teammates to be useful in a game where communication is either hindered by quickchat or just outright being ignored just to be able to use your lb effectively and ontop of that your LB is so telegraphed is dumb, anybody with braincells will see it and just walk off to the side. again no other class has this problem, why should DRG have it? you seem like you are just trying to sweep this issue that OBVIOUSLY needs to be addressed in some fashion under the rug.Sure, a team that can communicate via Discord will be able to do some big brain plays and they'll probably already have picked the classes to set up said plays.

Hmm, they’ll more than likely will just have to experiment the toolkits, give it some effects, and see what happens. Better than that than what the game have right now. They need a test server for ppl to play test it though.
i don't think they have any dedicated test servers or staff for any of their pvp stuff.
No other class has an AOE LB that can hit you for about 30k damage + another 25% boost with Life of the Dragon either. To make up for that difference in potency, it can be guarded or ran from. Use your LB correctly and you can easily wipe a bunch of people. Use your LB wrong and you don't do anything. Game changing potential in the right hands.
For a time it was a game changer, but they underestimate the player to the point it can be baited, to be predictable of when it’s going to come. Hence once ppl figure out SAM’s Chi-zuken combo, they just don’t attack the SAM at all. It’s not about using it correctly, it’s more of how many times can it be used until it becomes predictable. No other class has an AOE LB that can hit you for about 30k damage + another 25% boost with Life of the Dragon either. All it takes is for ppl to look at the DRG’s limit and when it used, ppl just guard and eventually becomes boring. At that point, I’m not worried about the potency dmg if it nullifies the dmg altogether. It needs another effect to punish said players who use their one tool that shield from said attack.
