    Its actually because of scrutiny the average playerbase in Japan plays better because they think of the group (funny that the west deems this as toxic), not themselves in a selfish fashion.

    They also just play content that is delivered by the Devs, and actually like playing socially.

    Yep, in my understanding, Japanese social etiquette just in general is more focused on the benefit of the group over the benefit of the individual. Whereas in the West it's usually the opposite, the benefit of the individual takes priority.

    This comes across in Party Finder in that the individual JP player will put more effort into learning the fight and their class ahead of time as to not bring down the group, and if they do poorly they are more likely to excuse themselves. Whereas in NA/EU PF, the average player is far more likely to just blame someone else like the healer or tank and not put in as much effort into fixing their own mistakes.
