People agree that RDM isn't complex and they bring valid arguments.
It doesn't help that RDM was released as the most simple caster and just got easier and easier with expansions coming in.
Endwalker gave it a few good QoLs, making the job more flexible. Its only weakness as of now is purely mobility.
RDM is still more complex than each phys ranged and SMN though. Also it got harder this expansion
