I to a point get where your coming from, but I think your giving yourself this idea that the ONLY way those aspects would be accounted for is by having specific locked gear. And I dont think thats the case. Im all for pushing devs to keep all races and genders in mind when making outfits, but locking them behind specific genders/races just limits peoples option pool and causes unnecessary frustration for situations where a race may have a glamour specific piece that would still look great on other races, but is simply unavailable to them. Its just punishing people for playing the character they wish to play.
That is the thing what I would love to see are outfits that are designed for that race in mind, not just being taken into consideration. I would love for them to expand on the lore of each race and faction lore using other means like attire. Attire plays a hug role in many cultures, and I would like to see that directed in the game itself also. I am all for them taking more care with outfits in general but that is not what I am asking, nor do I think others that are in favor of the position are also asking for either. I feel what we want are outfits that reflect a certain race, faction, and gender that reflect and highlights what makes them, them.

As I said not everything has to be for everyone. I generally do miss that aspect of MMO's where races had different stats, abilities, and attire / aesthetic that is solely theirs.
