Hildibrand for relic? Really?

Many people have already done the Hildy quests for the enjoyment of them without even being aware they would even be made mandatory for anything. So for those of us who have we can just go straight into building up the new relics on release day.

Which already puts it leagues above both the pre-requisites and mandatory grind for Eurka and Bozja relics. This is really only a problem for people who never did Hildy or don't like them, in which case, spend a few hours skipping cutscenes. I don't know why anyone would prefer Eureka or Bozja style of relic grinding over this.

On top of that what do you even need the relics for? BIS? For what content? Nothing out right now even requires relics, the hardest content ever released was cleared with savage gear. Who the fuck cares about relics save for glamour, or parsers obsessed with having higher and higher numbers to flex over? Unless you seriously care about the glam (and most likely they'll be goofy and stupid looking considering what they're associated with) this entire drama is a complete non-issue.

The real drama should be if they finally show what they're going to look like and they look goofy and stupid as I predict they will.
