And what about the ability of alts to share a personal house? They talked about this in 4.2 saying they were looking into it and we're now 4 years later and nothing. I have 4 level 90 alts in my FC on Balmung along with some close personal friends. I have no interest in a personal house given it's limited and doesn't let me access my own house with my own characters. I don't garden and even though I have a workshop we don't do anything with it currently.

You have multiple alts and also friends in your FC. I don't think that classifies it as a shell/fake FC. That sounds like a proper Free Company centered around people.

You say people shouldnt be able to have shell/fake fcs, which by design is good, sure.

So what are people supposed to do ? Get in the line of 100+ people for a small plot in lavender beds ? or 500 for a decent medium ? Is that your solution ? For reminder, each lottery cycle takes 9 days, that means you get 3 chances a month to get a house, in a pool of over 100 people.

Yes. Single Person FCs are just trying to cheat a system that distinguishes between FC and Personal Housing.

I want all people to follow the same rules. Not some abusing the system for their own benefit.
