Yeah a 45 sec charge time on 2 sec AOE guard break plus unbreakable CC definitely needs to be redesigned.

Oh no, a CC that does no damage and is completely reliant on the team to take advantage of while the RPR spends the entire time chasing and never getting their damage combo off oh look the RPR is dead.

There's a reason you almost never see RPR in higher crystal ranks. They are not that great, but then again you do love to overvalue bad kits and under value the good kits so its about what I'd expect from someone like you who sucks at pvp.
