Yes, it's called unsync.

Otherwise the game forces you to queue with one in dungeons. And extreme trials are already done without healers. You can easily unsync them as all dps with one tank to get punched in the face.

Speaking from personal experience, I have a WAR friend I run dungeons with sometimes (usually end game or dungeons known for having some fun bigger pulls). He purposefully tells me to not heal him and will have me sit out of bosses so he can solo heal the entire party. I get a kick out of watching it to be honest. XD

Sorry guess I should have specified current EX trails, didn't think anyone would believe we were discussing old unsynced content that sometimes can even be soloed by a healer.
