I think it's a satirical remark to the current reality of healer's state in the game.

WHM example: Slap Dia one by one as the tank are pulling, then Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy until everything's dead. See Assize is off cooldown, just splash that then forget about it for 45s. Guess what will happen if the tank is single pulling? Yep, more Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy. What is lily anyway? We blow them in downtime between pulling with lolrapture/lolsolace so we can fire off Misery... once every 60s. What is Tetra anyway? They won't die from that lack of damage intake, they'll survive. What is Benedicton anyway? Oh we use that when tank's drop below 20% for best effect! But... mobs are already at 3%. Okay let's just not use it and let natural regen do it... :kekw:

I can bore this post with more perky details but bottom line, -that- is not an epitome of an engaging gameplay. Healings are only useful until they're not (We already have another on-going thread for this so I won't go deeper in this thread). That's why---like you've mentioned---we want the tank to pull more, because it's literally the only little moments when we get to rotate good amount of our overpowered healing buttons.

"Three buttons pressed" are a bit of hyperbolic statement imho but it's not too far away from the reality either & does gets the point across. It's simply stated that way because for some reason there are just some known folks here that simply won't/cannot notice the elephant in the room without it.
