As others have said and like I always do. You pull it, you tank it (unless its an honest mistake). Besides, if they dislike it they will either quit, kick you which honestly Id assume would be very early in the dungeon + almost no wait time to get back in, or straighten up and be a good little dps/healer.

People expect speed runs. When I'm Tanking, I'm a Freight Train and I dont stop. When Im on my DPS... occasionally I will pull if the tank doesnt pick up all of the mobs (Because I can tank and solo 1 by myself anyways).

As a healer, I accept both. I really enjoy the fast, smooth runs as much as anyone else - but - some tanks are new to the role, job or the game, are still learning and/or are just slower at it. I am forgiving of them as well. I wish more would be because there have been times in the DF groups and/or runs have broken up because of this and I have felt bad for the tank.

It's part of the reason - maybe the main reason - that even though I want to tank and have leveled all three to some degree, I haven't brought any into a dungeon and possibly never will. Going from a healer there is a lot to learn switching over to tanking. I watch tanks a lot given my role, but there's a ton more to tanking then just knowing your rotation and the grief you get on DF has totally put me off from trying to learn it. No room is allowed to learn that role anymore. My hat's off to you for hanging in there.

That's kinda the attitude that cause the problem here.

People ASSUME everything. I should't be knowing everything before I try anything even if it's first time. Taking the comment of Cyruss here:

People who aggro more than the tank decide to have no idea of what going on behind the screen the mentionned. Peoples assume that the tank can take everything, but sometime the dps aren't up for the massive mobs comming towards them (which is why I hate when it's the healer who pulls).

Daily dungeon or not. There is Something called etiquette that is not respected here. I mean, even asking is too much for them. ''Could you aggro more adds please?'' Nope. Let's just pull and assume that EVERYONE is ok with that.

If you are in a hurry because or IRL events or because you are not patient, maybe thèses people should't sit this one out before logging in.

To me, dungeon runs are a lot like car/bike/etc. rides. If you speed up enough, it's dangerous, a small error can lead to an accident, but it's also exhilarating and intoxicating, you are focused with every fibre of your body and the thrill of speed just feels amazing.
Compare that with driving at 3mph. Not quite...the same, is it?^^°
As the healer, the more I get rushed, the more my limits are tested, the better it feels. Barely having time to draw new cards or apply them, struggling to keep up with rushing tanks, somehow making due with the mana that doesn't regenerate between fights because there IS no time between fights...and still managing to keep the party alive, well-buffed and even deal a nice amount of dmg - it's deeply fullfilling.
There are few things I hate more than a tank taking his sweet time, literally making me fall asleep with standing around 20 seconds before every pull and then doing mini-pulls that don't even really require healing..>_>

Still, as the tank, it is your job to lead the party and when others don't want to accept that, it's fine to let them die. But think of it like this: 3 people in the party want a faster run. 1 person (you) doesn't. You are in the stronger position since you decide the pace as the tank, but is it a nice thing to do to ignore what the majority would enjoy? I don't think so. So next time, maybe ask if they want a faster run and adjust your pace depending on them

I get what you mean. I mean, I am the first one to always push my dps to the borderline of stealing aggro to tank XD But maybe I missed some detail in my explanation. I am not a snail. I do not wait 20 sec between pulls. I keep constant fight situation, only with less mobs at the time. I am in no mean a casual tank, I am logged almost every day because I love this game! I make everything to not spoil the fun of the others, but some attitude are only rude and I don't expect these people to change.

It's like having a team full of good runners but the quarterback is a tortoise who enjoy drinking a cup of goddamn tea before giving you the ball. It's annoying.

Let them die. If they kick you, queue again. I'm tired of hasty people in this game.

To the dps/healer the thank should be the one pulling not you, many things go wrong grabbing hate becomes a little more difficult especially when you are hitting them, to the tank, we should be able to handle large pulls by now you can handle 2-3 pulls at once.
