I see you're adhering to your usual practice of showing up to patronize people in topics pertaining to monopolizing wards despite your own known involvement in Gilgamesh's ward monopoly. Are you trying to gratify yourself or something?

By "access" I mean being able to actually own a plot. What seems to have been going on back when Materia first released was there were several bots warp-hacking to get to a level where they could create FCs and own housing, they created dozens of shell FCs, then were just waiting for the housing districts to open so they could make their move.

The lottery system mitigated how many plots they were able to snatch up in the end, but they had enough FCs available to claim a significant number regardless. The creation of the FCs in the TC's picture were all back in Janaury, meaning their members would've been well over the 30 day requirement for placing bids.

SE is also know to not draw lines and ban accounts by association so even if the accounts that created the mentioned FCs were hacking, they'd likely be allowed to remain by virtue of the fact that their current members are technically innocent.

Yeah, it's called pointing out the BS. Unlike you, I don't presume that players I disagree with have malicious intentions. You should try it sometimes.

Your second sentence is entirely anecdotal and based on your track record, you might as well have come up with that just to add more fluff because you yet again demonstrate your lack of knowledge regarding the situation. Otherwise, you would mention that anyone can pay other players to create FCs for them.

Your third sentence further demonstrates your ignorance by making a presumption that the lottery system had any play in the number of plots purchased. I'd tell you to look at the patterns/clues, but you wouldn't even know where to start.

You can be informative and correct/refute people without coming across as a pretentious jerk.

It doesn't change the fact that these housing monopolies legitimate or otherwise are still being made possible through a loophole that shouldn't exist, though. FC housing should just not be transferrable to characters that are not of the appropriate GC rank or level to actually own a plot.

I agree DixieBellOCE .. they should be look into before they take all the wards and make it harder for other player to get the first home . And before they crash the market board with steel sky pirate item and thavnairian onion. but some would say to me that the only reason we can have cheap items is because they use the house for that purpose . while lots of player just want a house to have a house. it make me mad seeing house's with no garden and some with no furniture, I say to myself why have a house if your going to treat it like a end game trophy. I am getting a fc place on my Bismarck and hopefully get some members to help. but I also have my own house on siren, that I get on every day to water my garden. if I get my fc plot and it does work out I am hoping I might turn it into a night club for other player to use . while I will still do my gardening

Seems they are moving into the next phase and now are asking that all finalize their purchase if they did not get the bug. Post was made today on JP lodestone I believe so some progress made I hopes.
