Materia, Goblet Ward 2 is being abused by RMT bots.

EDIT: These are not the same accounts that were caught botting under the map, it does seem this is actually just a player creating FC's and placing level 1 accounts as the FC leader and buying up an entire ward.

In a sense this is not against ToS, but it certainly is a negative impact on the game and should be stopped immediately.

The only reason for doing this is:

1) Resale of FC housing later when housing become scarce - Against ToS
2) Abusing FC Missions (Submersible/airship) for massive GIL income - Not against ToS unless used to RMT.
3) A greedy player attempting to negatively impact the game by hoarding houses that will not be used.

These accounts were reported hundreds of times while they were being botted (Teleporting under the map to dungeon entrances)

Square, if you actually read your own forums... Light a fire under the support team.

Arent those plots available anyway ? Yes the person is buying those plots, but how is this in any way related to RMT ? Some people multi account to get entire wards, Alice is a good example on EU and she doesn't do RMT ?

These are the exact same named bots that were teleporting under the map and teleporting behind walls at dungeon entrances as to try and not be seen.

Regardless of RMT or not, they should be banned for botting to begin with.

1: What "accounts"? What you are showing are FCs.
2: Members are lvl 1-3. Most of them are lvl 1 so how can they possibly be botting while still having earned no xp?

Side note, Lvl 1 members are like 5 year old at this point. Kinda cool.

But this is on Oceanic, so they couldnt get there, plots only opened up in 6.1, no instant relo or anything, they went through the lottery

Don't mind the aura, they don't even know you can just walk out of Uldah and enter the Goblet without completing anything but the tutorial.

I hope they do get investigated for exploiting the game mechanics to stop the speculation. By checking how they got their Gil. If it is from (RMT: buying /botting) ,or just transferring it from a different
data centre or lots fc members / player around the world making Gil the legit).

with transferring Gil from server to server this is why lots of MMO have a cap on how much credit can be transfer from old servers to new one's. but this still wouldn't work since transfer was free.

There is no cap on how much Gil can be transferred from player to player another, since you can give a player 1million Gil per trade. or trading through the market board that come's with a fee.

with big fc that moves over from different data centre, with lot of Gil and up to 50 players or more can make multiple fc with 3 members. just by splitting your fc into group of 3 and calling your fc the
same name. your fc can buy a lot of wards , if you have the Gil.

this is why I cant say they are cheating or just playing it smart.

These same accounts exist on Chaos and Light DC and have done the same thing there, how this person manages to just dump billions of GIL into housing plots is incredibly sus, outside of them being a reseller or RMT gold seller with access to huge funds.

The fact that they are circumventing the ingame ToS on housing by using multiple service accounts to buyout the ward should, in of itself, be a bannable offence as it is a negative impact on other players.

Sure, it might not be an issue right now, but when the DC grows, people will not be happy about being unable to get an FC house due to one player buying the entire ward.
