Ohhhh so they must be at stage where they are resetting the tables for all properties with no current owner. This is good!

Next phase should be executing script to re-populate those tables with data pulled from the lottery server thus flagging you as 'entitled to purchase'. Uncertain when this will occur though it may take more time as appears they are waiting for some property owners to finalize their claim first. This is likely done to ensure they will not be caught by reset script.

Maintenance at 00:30 AEST. All sorts of weird things will happen for the next few days, it's best to put our fate into the hands of the devs, and know that maybe Saturday, Maybe Sunday you will be able to start decorating and getting that garden going.

Pfffff awww You are reminding me of best friend number one. She must have stood in front of the placard with her partner for several hours somewhat of the dejected just talking to people in the ward. Can speculate it will be two or more days until this is resolved though they could surprise. Recommend roulettes or other activities to take the mind off future decorating in mean time.

Looks like Shibi already said it. Best of the luck all effected, it does appear they are taking proper steps and based on updates moving more quickly then I initially expected. I will give them this.

i think they will change that later on .. I think they just want the FC first dibs. so Fc can have a place to work on with a group of people .. knowing that Fc give a benefit of extra apartment for members and house skins and other stuff to find out. i have not seen what the sky pirate is all about since it FC leader only. but I will find out

Yes. That person was able to do that because the new system sucks. Plain and simple. The OLD system, prior to this one, may have been terrible for standing around and clicking over and over. But the timer put a stop to these type of RMT people snagging up all these plots or, in th elottery case, outbidding people actually wanting housing. It's the harsh truth. but now that everyone complained and got this new system implemented. It's given them loopholes again. I said this when it was announced and sure enough as soon as people heard they went and made alts with alt FC's. Shoved everyone they could in numerous to do just this thing. And it's working. But you know what? According to ToS and SE, they are within the bounds to do so. Each one of those houses is a separate account that's been paid for and a separate FC (check the names, they are the same tag but each FC has a different number on the end).
