Which all that we last going from ShB to EW was the one white set, which is down one from what we got in StB. So there has been a steady decrease overtime, probably due to the constantly increasing number of AF gear sets they have to do.
the other poster forgot the 87 dungeon gear.
so that would mean same exact number of new sets at "launch" as ShB then.
