the sad stat of new glams in 6.0

This is quite the case. When I logged in on expansion launch, the first thing I did was check the broker for what the new "white" set skins were... oops all reskins.

Then through the dungeons we got 2 new sets, the rest? reskins. New crafted gear at beginning of raid tier? reskins

With EW for a DoW/DoM the only new skins have been:
Relic
Thavnairian Dungeon
Garlemald Dungeon
Tome Gear 1
Tome Gear 2
Raid Gear

Every other set added this expansion has been reskins.

Small indie company can't be bothered to make new assets I guess.

Overall we lost new glam gear option compared to ShB

Voebrite Gear

Tome Gear 2
Raid Gear
AF Gear

Which all that we last going from ShB to EW was the one white set, which is down one from what we got in StB. So there has been a steady decrease overtime, probably due to the constantly increasing number of AF gear sets they have to do.

87 dungeon gear is a reskin. It's the Shadowless gear from Hero's Gauntlet

ahhh I was never interested in that set the first time, so didn't even realize. derpy that it's a 2nd undyeable version.

At least the other repeated sets have alterations in color and dye patterns. I prefer the 88 crafted fending and striking dyed over the original neo ishgard versions. I also prefer almost all the 84 crafted versions dyed over the original skalla pieces. 81 dyed versus swallow's compass dyed... there are only slight variations on detail elements, but being able to actually farm a complete set within 11 runs is already super nice compared to fighting RNG to get a piece you want in compass an undetermined amount of times.

Let’s not forget that we also went from getting 50/60/70 primal weapons for all jobs in SB to not getting any at all for the new jobs in ShB and EW. Add that onto the downward spiral of glams and…yeah. Depressing.
