That's the problem, AQ will simply be press and forget regardless of how many abilities you can shove in it.
As opposed to “Set then forget half your abilities.”? If they do make it pilotable, they aren’t going to give us the whole kit either way so now we just have what sounds like a jank burst transition mode. We’d be locked out of a portion of our abilities one way or another.

And if that’s the route we’re going, might as well yoink ideas from SMN then, shifting casts/abilities based on the fancy machine we have out rather than the fancy dot with jank at times AI we have now.

Having Queen gives you A B C, having Rook gives X Y Z
