Ok I'm still agreeing with you that parsing proves too much of a risk to be allowed naturally into the game; you know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

The current "grey area, use it but dont publicly talk about it" is probably the best solution. Unless dev code it only work in Savage and ultimate (or may be include EX)
Yes it is a tool, and it is always the person who misuse the tool. That's why we have restriction, we have gun control, we have knife control (I am from oriental Asia). If people are so desperate for it, then limit it savage/ultimate and no further.
