Directx11 error

We've had probably 6 tonight Crashes tonight alone, he's been kicked out of every instance we've joined together with a lovely DirectX 11 10000002 error. Back to the login queue, he's spent more time in the queue waiting to play thanks for DirectX 11 errors than playing together.

There's soooo many reports of this issue and nothing from SE, at all. These forums just exist to quell public opinion not help anyone.

Now we get the same DirectX 110000002 crash everyday, every instance. I've tried every fix on this forum and a dozen others, nothing helps. It makes the game completely unlovable when ever single instance is a DirectX error crash and a login queue. All because we were foolish enough to buy a new video card. The GTX 1060 video card we had run perfectly, never had an issue just was slower after all these years. Then we got a brand new off the shelf RTX 3060 Ti V2, and now we are punished where ever single day every single instance, my husband's game crashes while mine using our old GTX 1060 works. Not a single other game in our 100+ game library crashes, JUST FF14. Hell since I started posting this happens more than ever, before he got 2-3 a day, now it's 1-2 ever single instance. It's like FF14 is targeting him
