Poor connection to FF14 servers

hey ! so i opened aleady 2 tickets,its been almost 3 weeks but I didnt recieve any message or email that someone is indeed watching over my ticket.
So to explain my issue,it started,i want to say like roughly 5-6 months that I started to experience severe lags and bad connection. This is not for any other game. Its only ff that I get low connection/poor lags. for example,I press gcd,it will be delayed and I can barley hit an OGCD followed by it. I see people skips sometimes,game stopped for a second and returning and etc. The only solution that seemed to fixed it was using a VPN but Im not using it atm. I cannot enjoy the game anymore and I barley plays because its unplayable . Im subbed for along time now,but im afraid I wont be a sub or play the game anymore if it will keep going with no help/support that will try to help me in this matter. Thanks for reading and hopefully we can work to try sorting this out

If it is only this game that is affected then it is your Internet Service Provider using a route to the datacenter that takes many out of the way or bad routes to connect, which is why a VPN fixes that.

If you can, you can test your game by using your Phone as a hotspot to connect, though you need some data on it, it may be a better connection.

I would personally find a different ISP or contact them and explain, though they probably will blame you or SE, if you play this game a lot and you are paying to play it... so its either they fix the issue, use a VPN or change vendor.
This is not an SE issue.

Well,it may not be SE issue,even then,id like them to notice and maybe procceeding to trying solving out the issue . I did sent the "config" that they were asking,so after hopefully they check,they can confirm this is my ISP issue and tell me what do i need to do or tell them in order to fix that.
