Looks like Sage is dead on arrival. Still a 1 button spam job since they couldn't buff toxikon to be equal or stronger than 2 regular dosis attacks

I think you (and some others, to be fair) are putting way too much of your expectations on toxikon. Sage looks broken AF just from its baseline potencies and those didn't get reined in at all.
