They were, but they also made Physis II 60s. Sage has a heal boost every 60s. That's kinda bananas. I think the shields granted by Haima and Panhaima were also buffed.

Literally, the only things Sage really needs is Toxicon equal to two casts of Dosis and charges on Icarus. (and, well, an AoE DoT, but SE doesn't want any healer to have DPS buttons because "hEaLeRs ArE sUpPoSeD tO hEaL, aNd We DoN't WaNt To ScArE nEwBiEs")
