As much as there was a lot of bait from the OP, I want to consider this topic for a moment. There's an issue with Gil Inflation only because of the fact that there's too much gil generation to be had from doing certain things like cookies. By nerfing or removing the gil generation, you impact that economy by reducing the availability of said currency through levequests. This incentivizes use of the Roulette system that already gives a lot of gil if you're playing the Adventurer in Need role multiple times a day. It adds up pretty easily in a whole week. After Endwalker releases and I hit Lv cap, I'm going to see how much I can make if I do all my roulettes in a week straight.
