Regarding your ideas, I would not make Pepsis grant Addersting. When you have abilities that grant both DPS and Healing, they immediately become exclusively DPS tools. It kills Pepsis as an emergency cooldown. Your idea with WHM also adds another charge system to keep track on. WHM is rather simple I agree, but you already keep track of three blood lilies and three blue lillies. I'd simpify Water/Banish by just making it a damage oGCD with a short 20s CD to weave between any GCDs.
