Yup, which is why the job is in such a horrid state, there's no uniqueness to the job except that it has a phase where your GCD is 1.5s

People want to have impact, and mindlessly pumping damage into a health bar that barely moves and mitigating 10% damage every 2 minutes doesn't count as impact
