This isn't an AO game, it shouldn't be done in the first place. Even more so if a player's age isn't truly verifiable. This is a 13+ game, and I think some players should control themselves, and keep the age rating in mind. However, as this thread is supposed to be about NSFW modding I will not go into a full on argument in this thread, or simply repeat what has been said many times over.

You think it shouldn't happen in a game like this, and that's fine. I personally don't have a problem with it as long as the intent is to do it in private with an adult.

Should and shouldn't don't really matter, though; it's GOING to happen. Adults are going to want to converse with other adults in adult ways in any social environment. People can either accept reality and actually start paying attention to what their kids do online, or continue sitting on their fat asses rambling about how they think things "should" be, while their kids run rampant on the internet doing god knows what completely unsupervised.

If parents want their kids online then parents have to step up; the world isn't going to change to do this job for them.
