Is it very important? Probably not. Would it be good to have, if they ever the time to do this work? Yes, for those who need this addition, just as it will be good to have stubble or beards for those who need them (mentioning these because they're the most recent request I can think of). Just because some glamour option is going to be used by a fraction of playerbase doesn't mean it's wasteful - an absolute majority of glamour options is used by a fraction of playerbase anyway. Wheretver developers can work on these requests at all or when is another question. It's obvious they should prioritize work they have at hands first. Doesn't mean that people can't or shouldn't ask for something for future.

Let me tell you a secret about Project Management. Every time you add a new feature you're adding extra hours and resources needed for said projects. Good luck "finding time" when they've stated they're hitting the limit of how stressed their 3D artists are in terms of workload.

Thank you, I work in a team that supports production software, I know how it works. We're dealing with very same issue regarding shortage in hands and increasing workload right at this moment.

If at some point they finally will have more budget and more people to work on rising requests - good. If they won't - sad, but world won't fall apart, and people will just continue to ask until the day of servers's eventual shutdown.

It was unclear because you didn't include it in your post. In fact that's the key factor behind why a lot of people don't support males wearing female clothes and females wearing male clothes. With how little time the devs have they could use that small amount of project management time on

1. Stubble
2. More hairstyles
3. viera/hrothgar helmet situation
4. HD textures
etc

What happens when you give males the chance to dress like Ryne is that a possible G'raha Tia or Emet Selch glamour doesn't get added (2B situation).
