SE, please designate a Role Play friendly server!

They do listen from what I have seen. The problem I see, is that if radical changes are not given to a poster, no matter how logical or illogical, in a very illogical time frame, they bash the staff like so.

I agree, do not be upset with the staff who monitor the forums. Creating negativity towards them does not help our goal, despite our frustration.

I was speaking with Verence the other day, venting you may say. I mentioned this to him, which Rowyne touched on already, that /some/ response from the staff would be quite helpful and encouraging. RPers have been very patient with SE for many years, as well as understanding. I understand that they likely have seen this thread, but cannot post a reply one way or the other for an internal reason, after all they know more about the going-ons of SE than we do. For all we know, they might be waiting on Yoshi-P to make an official announcement regarding this. Now, I know that is wishful thinking on my part, but it's just an example to illustrate my point, so let's not get upset with the staff.

But- they /have/ answered threads which came after this one started, and had a lot less replies/views than this. All I personally ask for, is a simple nod from a community rep, so that we know that this issue is being looked into at least. We are reasonable people, we can wait for the answer. In fact, this thread will only continue to grow and reside on the top of this forum until we get some response. It's not going anywhere.

I know this doesn't help coming from a non-CM, but I believe the Rukkirii factor has placed the info in the necessary location that a fluffy beast will be relaying to Yoshi-P and friends.

However, the resistance and concerns raised in this thread have further impeded the response, being more cautious on approaching the topic. And the decision folks have prioritized resolving the Server Merge debacle more, which is delaying their response to this thread.

I believe the CMs would prefer to post with a conclusion than only the acknowledgement of its escalation and reasons for the delayed response.
