If it is not, which most will admit is the case, why single a particular group out? I've watched and listened to my 12 year old make silly sounds for 10 minutes, tap his feet, and other very annoying things, then when his little five year old brother starts quietly singing a song from the next room he becomes incensed. I, quite frankly, think this is the same thing, its just a bullying mentality on a group that's different, on someone that is not you or like you.
I haven't singled anyone out. In fact, in my post that you butchered I said that RP players are just like everyone else and should be held to the same standards. That includes "line after line of text with obscenities, people complaining about how much they hate some aspect of this game, talking about politics, shouting their 1/8 parties every twelve seconds for two hours, long /s conversations in another language, or any of the other nuisance chat"

/shout /say spam is generally rude in any context. If you find openly talking politics rude or obnoxious. I think people have the same right and justification to feel that way regarding for open RP and /say and /shout spam. However, they would be doing exactly what you thought my intent was with my response that you must have not understood fully. I was expressing that sub-communities should be held by the same standards as everyone else. Also, you singling out many types of personalities does not translate well to the opinion you're trying to make as they don't make up an entire group of people.
