Carrd is a website that allows you to quickly put together nice looking webpages that are hosted for free or very inexpensively. It's extremely popular in the RP community for hosting little websites that include RP character or venue profiles. You'll often see links to them in PFs or in peoples search infos.

The OP intentionally censored out both the name of the venue and the link to the carrd relating to it, because it contains direct references to selling ERP services and pretty much completely torpedo's the narrative they set out to create.
