Another thing.... Your math is wrong. If subdivisions didn't exist and there were 5 wards then there would only be 150 plots due to there only being 30 plots per ward. But with subs, it comes out to 300. 5×30=150, 5×60=300. :/ so subdivisions existing since launch is the only way for the number to be anywhere near your projection.
