I'm with you here. Completely agree that the timer is a big issue. It stopped house flippers from selling private homes but it replaced that problem with something else. It wasn't a fix. Just a swap of issues.

Not with you here. As the pandemic is progressing more and more people I know are losing their jobs. It's actually becoming very difficult to find work because the job market has shrunk quite a lot but the amount of people needing work has risen. It doesn't help that those who think the precautions we must take during the pandemic somehow don't apply to them are ruining any hope of controlling the virus before we get a vaccine. Every time I read about surges that happen after restrictions have been lifted I get so angry because so many think less restrictions = no restrictions. But that subject is a totally different topic.

COVID isn't the only reason autodemo is suspended at this point. We've had 3 cat3+ hurricanes so far, the riots in the US, the dam breach, wildfires in western US, shit tons of flooding. Have you just not been reading the news? And that's ONLY in the United States, let alone elsewhere.

Are you sure it got purchased or did someone move into it? If someone moved into it then it wouldn't have mattered at all whether you were at the keyboard or not. You can usually tell the difference because when someone moves their old plot the house is placed pretty much immediately and their mini-aetheryte is automatically placed right in front of the door to the house. Someone buying it will take a few moments at least to install a house since there are some house selection options they have to go through, a mini-aetheryte is not automatically installed, and when an aetheryte is installed it won't be centred perfectly right in front of the door because people just don't do that.
