There is not enough for everyone. There have been people waiting ages to get a house who won't get one, myself included. I have a pile of gil I'm just sitting on, and I'm seriously questioning why I'm still subbed if I can't use that gil for the exact thing that would give me the most enjoyment in this game. How many years will I wait until I can get a house in this game? Is SE even still doing anything about those who buy to sell for obscene prices? Why won't SE limit how many houses a person can have? I personally know someone on Balmung who has 18+ houses. This should not be allowed. Why is our money not worth what his is?

Doubt it will matter, they KNEW how much gil is in the economy. Nearly every house on Faerie went to private owners, very few FC houses. It's plain stupid.

Allow 1 private house per sever, Larges and possibly even medium should be exclusively FC, and pretty much add a ton more wards 2x/3x the current amount, and still these would just be band-aids, housing really needs a overhaul altogether

I would have liked to see them quest based. Do a seriously long and hard quest series to get the small house, for private, and even worse quest line for an FC house. Only 2 sizes, private and FC.
