It doesn't help that SE also calls Savage/Ultimate content "raid" as well, albeit they use the term "High-end Raid" so I can see why it might be confusing just on that alone, nevermind the way the term is used in most other MMOs.
At some points they use the word "Raid" for normal four-man dungeons as well.
