Western "jungle people" are mostly extinct. We have no real idea what they looked like in terms of muscles before european invasions; what you see in disney movies is just myth and fantasy. The ones in Afrika however were buff as hell.
Ultimately this isn't about the real world, this is about how skinny male Elezen are already, skinnier than that is teenage territory, and you know this is true. And you make it worse when you say you want them to be shorter than male Elezen.

I don't know what you mean by "western jungle people", but there are most certainly still people all over the world who live in jungles, or rainforests, etc.. Such as untouched south american tribes, or others in asia, etc. It isn't that hard to find at all what they look like online. With numerous documentaries, etc. for decades. Then again, I think you actually know this.
