Lalafel to Miquote, sure. But the rest of the male races are on a pretty even curve, and the height disparity between Lala and the next race is still extreme in the female races.

Viera weren't created in female races to fill a height gap, though, they were created to reflect how they look in FFXII, and while they do make the curve for female races more even between the Roegadyn and the Elezen, I don't recall anyone saying they must be that tall to fill that gap in female heights, so male heights shouldn't be the reason one race is a specific height.

BUT if we are looking to even out curves, there are two spots to fill in. A height between midlander and highlander, and a height between Au Ra and Roegadyn as the rest are fairly even. Given what little has been said about the vision of what male Viera would have looked in if implemented, we'd more likely see it fit about between the Elezen and Highlander races, just like they are with the ladies, or if filling a gap, between Au Ra and Roegadyn height (if the added ears on top of that don't cause a problem)
