Why does the 1% bad mentors matter more than the rest? The NN serves its purpose daily to allow experienced players to help novices.

I would advice looking stuff up online instead of asking people on NN. This is because the NN role is so easy to get that anyone can do it, so the chat tends to be filled with under performers who have no idea what they are talking about.

NN also has savage and ultimate raiders who are willing to teach a class up to very high levels. Some of them are pretty dedicated too. There advantages to learn directly from a mentor, just looking up info isn't always the best way to learn. They're also not mutually exclusive.
