Really, just a single materia would be enough to make it so you don't ALWAYS have to have (for example) +enmity on tank belts or weapons. If items had different numbers of slots (for example a winglet having two tier III slots and Ifrit's Blade having a IV and two IIs or something) it'd be best, but it's too late to implement something like that now.
