I could continue for quite a while. Not every feature is intended for everyone. Hence why this is a theme park MMO. It simply needs to be worth the time dedicated. Considering NG+ likely did not cost much in terms of resources based on it necessitating nothing new beside some backend coding. It's inclusion has no bearing on you or those disinterested in it.
Never said it did. My original comment stated that I'm sure the few who do use it will be happy.
