Really don't understand why people would be against having XP awarded for redoing the story. No different than starting a new character. Just make it so you can only get the XP once per job. This would not impact the roulette since you would need to go through all the dungeons and trials to progress the story and get the XP.
not so much people against EXP more so people telling off those who go "well i don't get something out of this so whats the point"
