Why is leaching tolerated in MSQ roulette?

Just throw a "kick them just before final boss to make it worth their time" in chat, and behold the mircale of how they magically come back from afk within 3 seconds to come up with a BS excuse and try to make you the bad guy for even considering kicking them ^^

I honestly don't care as it takes almost the same amount of time regardless of the number of players actually doing the duty. Sometimes I'll be one of those doing the job, sometimes I'll do other stuff in the meantime and come back for the bosses.

Most people are watching netflix anyway given how pointless and tedious the whole experience is.
