Why is leaching tolerated in MSQ roulette?

By the same standard, when I queue with my friends and 4 of us log out to skip cutscenes, immediately pull bosses and DPS so the bosses are fairly damaged before people come out of cutscenes, we should be kicking because they aren't pulling the same weight we are willing to pull.

The point is for them to enjoy the CS. Go on and report them for watching the CS and watch GM's laugh and ban you instead.
That's why we have this whole roulette to begin with, because people kept on racing ahead and not
letting people watch and get locked out the fights and just about forced to leave the CS.
People STILL do this in normal dungeons. I was new in the 80 man dungeon, watch a CS and "click!" tank pulled.

Honestly? If you can't deal with it, then don't queue up for it.
You're basically getting a semi free ride for EXP to multitask and just by doing a little.
I'd just text or watch YT or something while I wait for the CS to finish honestly.

I'm playing on Carbuncle (Japanese's data center) nobodies logged out and in to skip the cutscenes and nobodies AFK either, the only time somebody lagged behind was me on my first time in because I forgot to pick up the key for Metal Gear and everyone else was waiting for at the elevator and were super nice.

Well yeah, queuing for a 40 mins duty full of cutscenes and expecting other people to do everything for them is something you'd only see in NA. Although this isn't too frequent, people tend to call out anyone who goes afk in boss fights.

Honestly i'd rather they deal with players leeching in leveling dungeons who have multiple level 80 jobs but come in undergeared expecting the rest of the team to carry them.They are much worse offenders than the ones who afk during a msq cutscene and miss a faceroll fight.

Good luck doing the dungeon if both healers are afk, especially at the first one. Good luck with the dungeon if the tanks are the ones going afk. And good luck with clearing it fast enough if half the group is afk. Its doable if its only one person (but if its a tank or healer, the other tank and healer will have to work harder to balance that) but if that is fine, I would like to see people thinking that when half their party goes afk. Suddenly it might not be fine anymore.

I run main at least a couple times a day on different characters and it's rarely a problem. Oh wait this is the official forum where everything is a problem. Any time there is an afk person which rarely happens they get booted. It's not that hard to do.

And? Is rude to AFK, no matter what. But if we are going to AFK better if we do it together, so you know, full AFK parties for 8/24 content!

While you may not be able to pull everything all at once in Castrum, you could easily clear without healers nowadays.
