Why is leaching tolerated in MSQ roulette?

Good luck doing the dungeon if both healers are afk, especially at the first one. Good luck with the dungeon if the tanks are the ones going afk. And good luck with clearing it fast enough if half the group is afk. Its doable if its only one person (but if its a tank or healer, the other tank and healer will have to work harder to balance that) but if that is fine, I would like to see people thinking that when half their party goes afk. Suddenly it might not be fine anymore.

And? Is rude to AFK, no matter what. But if we are going to AFK better if we do it together, so you know, full AFK parties for 8/24 content!

And lets ignore the whole adds along the way. Totally did not have a wipe before the last boss in the first dungeon because of people running into the patrols before the alarm was turned of or because some barely did anything..the second dungeon is much better but the first one can cause quite some trouble. I had one DD pull before the tanks and then ran around with the mobs in a whole different direction. He died and the mobs then came straight to us making it chaos. One healer quit at that point.

Again would like to see a run going as smoothly and great with two healers being afk there.

While you may not be able to pull everything all at once in Castrum, you could easily clear without healers nowadays.
