You also have to keep in mind that outside of burning sleeve draw which has a 3 min cooldown it takes 90 seconds for AST to potentially have their Divination back to being properly ready.
And what if your sleeve draw is up. You lose what? 3-4% dps hand out across the board? What ifs... right? Anyway That statement was made on the excuse that death to AST was extremely punishing which it isn't. It's less punishing than a SCH dieing. Resummons cost mana and time. Drawing cost nothing but your attention. Also priority when rezzed is healing which you are limited at doing since 2/3rds of your heals are off limits, including your instant heals. You depend on another healer when rezzed or a window so you can cast so you don't die again as sch. AST astrologian you have multiple heals that can be used to save you and you can still play your little cards. You lose a divination but that only really matters to 4 people. You can short sub it out for a lord or lady and be on your way. You can still support and survive.

And even if Aetherflow is up. You waste either your emergency CD for 1 aetherflow stack or two aertherflow stacks with lustrate to get back to half or slightly above, then summon fairy. You still have no fairy guage till you use aetherflow when it is summoned meaning you can't use it's heal moves. Hopefully your tank doesn't take to big a hit or multiple people don't need heals by the time you are ready to do your job again.
