Yes, I can't imagine how embarrassing it must be to find players who aren't bad at clearing content, know what they are doing, organizing around everyone's work/sleep schedule, actually helping each other out, and actively enjoy being around each other. I would rather fail a billion times in the "Farm Party" PF groups that fail because they hit Innocence enrage at 30% HP, while trying the point the finger at each other because someone is trying to get carried, sometimes 2 or 3 people.

I don't understand. None of the people I play with treat it like a job.

"When can you guys play, do you wanna prog E2S this week?" doesn't sound like work. We actively enjoy playing with each other, and actively enjoy progressing. The barrier being the timeframe.

This is how endgame content in mmos work. And it is not a job. Does going to a bowling league or any team sporting event make that a job? Why would coming together with your team be work in a mmo then?

Savage and ultimate content is not for pug, simple as that. So need to get a group together and set times to raid. OR you have to wait 1.5-2 months for everyone to ultra outgear the content then pugs work more often then not on earlier tiers.

Considering you don't have any savage or EX mounts of relevance on your character there, I'd wager you've done none of the relevant ones to this discussion. :3

That image does not tell me when ya'll took those pics. If I felt like going back online I could take an image of the PF but that would be dumb because it's early on a Wednesday morning so people wouldn't be raiding in NA. Also, you know that the population on Crystal is much less than that on Aether. What I see here is the same number of high end raiders searching for people in 3 and 4s on both data centers. Participation seems lower in 1 and 2 but that could be due to time zone issues or if parties filled. Furthermore, a lot of raiders moved to Aether due to this weird stigma that Crystal is casual so of course they would have more parties than Crystal.

By all means try this out yourself. There's a lot less people doing anything EX/Savage related at any given time. Even on FFLogs under Progress, you can see that there's even a higher participation on Aether/Primal

Oh btw, I got the population number from lucky bancho, so take those how you will. That image was taken around 7:00PM PST after i got fed up with trying to find weekly reclear parties for e2s on my alt.

I know this is, like, a 3/10 quality troll post, but yes. It’s obviously embarrassing that 8 people who have separate lives and likely live in different time zones would like to find times that work for all of them so that they can get together and play video games. Obviously.



As for the OP, I literally forgot 75% of E1S’s mechanics already. I cleared it within an hour of going in there on Day 1, and then spent the rest of the week on the other fights. My entire static was kind of like “so uh...how does this fight go again?” when we zoned in today because we were all probably still thinking about Titan strats.
